Questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal at any time — you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

Do unused audits roll over?

No. The audit allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle.

Do you need access to my systems?

Not on the Free or Pro plans. You tell us which tools your team uses and we map that stack — there is no agent to install and no account access required. Enterprise adds optional OAuth connections if you want live tool data — we only read from connected tools and never write to them.

What do the ROI figures mean?

They are projections modelled from the stack and manual processes you describe, not measured outcomes from your systems. Treat them as estimates to prioritise work, not as a guarantee of savings.
