Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of IntegrationIQ ("the Service"), operated by IAS Digital Group ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

1. The Service

IntegrationIQ analyzes your e-commerce and platform integrations and produces AI-assisted audit reports with findings and recommendations. The Service connects to third-party platforms only with the authorization you grant, and only to the extent needed to run your audits.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans (Professional and Business) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Enterprise Audit engagements are one-time services invoiced separately under their own statement of work.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, no reselling without our written consent, no use that violates law or third-party platform terms, no attempts to disrupt or overload the Service, and no connecting platforms or data you are not authorized to access.

5. Your data and our IP

You retain all rights to the data you connect to the Service and to the audit reports generated for you. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, models, prompts, and branding. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI output disclaimer

Audit results are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They may contain errors or omissions and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing findings before acting on them.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where the change is material.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
